Building a static 8-man for Bahamut

I'm looking to build a static 8-man group for BC. This is for players who have gotten their full dark light and Relic, and are now ready to move on to BC. It will be a later night EST timezone run (11PM EST or later start time), we'll figure out the exact time once we get people. I'd like to find others with a similar mindset that are wanting to tackle whatever PvE content they throw at us and eventually farm it every week. Previous raid experience from other MMOs is a big plus but I don't want any "elitist" attitudes, they WILL NOT be tolerated. I'm looking for those who come prepared, can learn and execute the mechanics, and basically understand that they are to pull their own weight. We will be working out of a linkshell so there is no need to leave an FC if you are in one with friends or something. If you are interested please post here or moogle mail me in-game.

2 Healers, atleast one SCH
1 Caster DPS
1 Bard

Here is our updated roster so far. Give me a tell or moogle mail if interested. We still need tanks, healers, and one more caster dps. Remember this is for a static late night BC run that will start around 12am EST. The nights and actual starting time are not yet set in stone. This is basically the late night group for Requiem of Sin. SIN is a very active FC that already has 2 earlier BC groups running. We will be the 3rd, late late night crew. I will be running this out of a linkshell but you are also more than welcome to join the FC to make it even stronger than it already is.

We met up on Sunday and Monday so far and took out Turn 1 quick and easy! We are losing a SCH and one of our BLMs so they can do their own FC/BC thing. So we now have a spot for a SCH and a Magical DPS!
