Chat limit bug

Greetings more then once now i have been sending big messages (In Roleplay)
To other people and have them not show up for other people. Almost like the chat limite is fare less then what the chat box do allow you to write.. Please do get this fixed as its damn annoying not knowing if a message you sent actually get through to other people or not. since it show up in your own chatbox just not anyone else's
