Why Was My Transfer Declined?

Trying to transfer from a Legacy to a Legacy world, and after 45~minutes of refreshing and such my application was declined!?

I made sure that I met all the requirements, logged out at the Aerheryte in Limsa, Quit my FC, Loged out... Retainer has nothing selling, and has been hired...



"Why Was My Transfer Declined?

- Your character may be enlisted in a free company, or may have signed to a free company petition.
- Your character may be currently logged into the game.
- Your character's retainer may currently have items for sale.
- The calamity salvager may still possess items from your inventory (only applicable to characters transferred from Version 1.0).
- Your character's retainer has not been rehired (only applicable to characters transferred from Version 1.0).
- One or more characters subject to transfer may be located in the Mordion Gaol.
- One or more characters subject to transfer may have logged out while in an instanced area."

world is prob full they said you cant go once they hit the cap

All you can do is double check everything again, and try again, it could have just been the world was full.

If it's full... then I have just been split apart from my friends. =/

It's the only possibility if you have made sure you are eligible, just out of curiosity which server were you trying to transfer to?

I'm trying to get to Sargatanas where the rest of my FC Friends went to.

Hmm that wasn't even a highly populated one according to the lodestone post, I would just check everything over.

I wish it wasn't a blanket error. I literally have no idea what it could be.... All the items are ok on my end... as far as I can tell.

Does this mean if you signed for a FC that you cannot transfer even if you are not in it?

I am on Sargatanas and its pretty full already. However I did see some new people pop up saying stuff like Hello New Server, today. Maybe its full now.
