Unselectable servers for transfers

I ended up being forced to make my character on gilgamesh originally and was waiting on the free transfer to join my friends on their server but I can't select gilgamesh to choose my chacter.
I've looked around but I saw no limitations on being able to transfer from the server anyone else know anything about this or experiencing the same problem?

Can't select either Gilgamesh as current world either.

wonder if they are disallowing transfers to servers that are already extremely busy ..

saw this note on the lodestone page

That has nothing to do with trying to transfer from his current world which he can not select to pick his character.

I hope this is resolved soon haven't been able to play with everyone else since launch >.<

Nor can you select the destination world, nor current world (it doesnt appear in the boxes)
Please SE fix this already...

update can finally select the destination world again but no servers are showing up in current world selection >.< all it shows is a drop down for "---------------"

Just wondering if anyone has been able to transfer to or even select the Cactuar server? I can select all the others once but that one.

I just successfully transferred from Shiva to Masamune ....... It was a total fluke i guess... Just keep trying it works eventually

i got passed the first fase but there i have to select a server from were i wana transfer from and the only one shows up is ixion and my char is on ramuh kind of weird i think we gona have to sit this one out.
