Aurum Vale (Gilding the Bilious) bug

I finished AV for my GC promotion quest. When I go to my commander (flame, ul'dah), I turn it in and it says complete, however I don't get a reward and it asks me to turn it in again. I can't get my promotion either.

I just abandoned gonna retry again..

I've got the same problem, any luck with abandoning it and retrying?

Same here , problem fixed after i retook the quest & ran the duty again.

This is usually caused by having a full inventory when you try to turn it in. Clear a space and try again?

I can confirm this. Was able to turn in quest once my inventory had at least one available slot.

I didn't notice I have to drop the AK one. Now I have completed Aurum Vale and returned to Commander. But now, I can't get the promotion and I am asked to finish a trial. What can I do now?

Try to wait for 1 hour. If it still not solved you might need to abandon & reaccept the quest at GC HQ like i did. Suppose u will get green sign when u complete & quit the dungeon.
