Why Was My Transfer Declined?

- Your character may be enlisted in a free company, or may have signed to a free company petition.
- Your character may be currently logged into the game.
- Your character's retainer may currently have items for sale.
- The calamity salvager may still possess items from your inventory (only applicable to characters transferred from Version 1.0).
- Your character's retainer has not been rehired (only applicable to characters transferred from Version 1.0).
- One or more characters subject to transfer may be located in the Mordion Gaol.
- One or more characters subject to transfer may have logged out while in an instanced area.


My character is not in an FC

I dismissed my retainers

im not in Mordion Gaol or in an instanced area. I am just outside of Uldah and Im not logged in presently. why am I getting this error if none of this is happening?

You're on a Legacy server. Players on LEGACY servers are only eligible to transfer to other Legacy servers.

but im trying to transfer to hyperion which is a legacy server

Sorry, but SE don't answer support requests here (other than to close topics that are already resolved without their help) so bumping your topic repeatedly won't really help.

You'll need to contact them via email, phone or web chat, although considering how overloaded the system is right now, it might just be something that works if you try a bit later.
