Havent received my race change flash

I payed for 30 day subscription about 3-4 days ago and i still havent gotten my race change mail sent to me, i checked it not 5 min ago and theres no new mail or old opened ones

Now why the heck havent i gotten it ?

My guess is that you should contact their support system instead of posting in the general forums.

You should have received a bottle of Fantasia and a Wind-Up Cursor minion. If you have NOT received these items after paying a 30-day subscription, then you need to submit a support ticket.

Please do not, however, keep bumping a forum thread simply because no one knows or deigns to answer your question.

Send a support ticket through the game. Starting a new thread here won't get you anywhere.

Were you actually charged yet for 30 days? Assuming you used a credit card? Payment has to clear first. If it has, then I don't know, but you can open a GM ticket. I got mine in game mail not long after I received an email saying my payment went through.

If you still have your free 30 days rolling from buying the game, then you won't get the vet rewards until after the 30 days is up ( The free 30 days. )

and since my free time ran out on the 15h. Today i should probably expect it by tomorrow then ay... goood goood
