PS3 quick synthesis trophies being given but not pinging

Ok problem;
quick synthesized my goldsmith to get the 1k trophy, spent about an hour (bearing in mind i was already lvl 20) and nothing happened...got bored and stopped, checked trophy list to make sure i didn't miss the ping, no no trophy acquired. wake up next day, check trophies and there it is ODD!

so i decided to try this again with my weaver which again was lvl 20, weaved until i hit 22, took about 2 hours, again nothing pinged, i must of synthesized about 500 items in one sitting and no trophy ping....check again next day though and it was there....very odd, very confusing, happened twice with quick synth so im ruling out coincidence, i dont think it happens if you are crafting properly as all my first time crafts popped after my first item was created
