Just go as normal cutscene as first time doing it but after that should have some sort of filter not to show cut scene again when your running it again. Kinda annoying to click Esc button then click skip everytime in every instance for philos/mythos. Just like typing out person's name for blacklist everytime that someone spamming RMT or whatever too.
