What status do I want for THM?

I'm a new THM... working on becoming a BLM but I'm not really sure what status should I focus on.

Is there some sort of status ratio?

Int all the way. It is the only primary stat that is worth anything as a BM as you can refil your own mana by entering umbra cycle. Vitality can be good, but you usually get that on your armor so focus on int.

Thinking on pure dps, after int should I go for det/spell speed or spell crit?

Stack Crit where you can. The other stats will come with the gear.
