other player characters and enemies freezing in place on ps3

this has been happening to me since beta phase 4 and it happens every time i go into a dungeon and sometimes out in the open world as well. other player characters and enemies will randomly freeze in place after lag spikes (which happen constantly) and other times for no apparent reason at all. when it happens to the tank for example their character will stop moving on my screen yet they will still be running through the dungeon tanking things and the enemies we are fighting will appear to be attacking nothing and you can see the aggro lines arching through the walls to where their character is still frozen in place for my game. when it happens to enemies we are trying to fight it becomes impossible for me to attack them unless their actual location is near the location where they have been frozen on my game because ill constantly be told "enemy is out of range". the only way this seems to get fixed is by logging out. ive had to completely avoid playing tank and healing classes because of this problem because if i was the healer and the tank froze in place the entire party is doomed because after we continue through the dungeon to the point where the frozen character is out of range i will be unable to target them for heals and such. this is pretty much a game breaking issue in my opinion.

I don't have a solution, but I activated my forum account so that I could comment on this. I experience the same issues on the ps3 and it has actually hindered my progress greatly. My wife used to play heals on ps3 while I tanked on the pc, but we decided to switch because of the issue. When I'm tanking on ps3, sometimes I look back and nobody is following me and I can't tell what the bad guys are attacking. It makes it extremely difficult to pull threat off of people. I can only imagine it being more frustrating from a healing standpoint.
