I'm transferring to Zalera today.
Couple things I'd like to know:
1) How many do you have so far?
2) What are your goals in terms of social environment for the FC?
Basically, to put it simply, I've played hardcore on MMOs for over 14 years now, and I'm ready to take more of a back seat. I am focusing on crafting, but I'd like to get into doing endgame activities at a relatively slow pace when I transfer over here to Zalera. I'm hoping to join a group that has some semi-hardcore folks who do the content but also has room for the less focused to eventually play in that content.
Just to be clear, what I mean by less focused is gaining maybe 150-250 myth per week and doing 3-8 hours at most doing "raids" (by this I mean 8 man fights - Hydra, Chimaera, HM Primals, BC, etc.)
Hey, we'd love to have you! We're a small company, I think the total number of members is at about 15 right now. Myself and one other are the only level 50s doing end game content atm. Last week was the only time I had a chance to get tomes of mythology and I was able to get all 300 right on time. The two of us can manage runs of AK fairly easily now. The rest of the company is around the upper 30s to mid 40s range, with maybe 2-3 being under level 30.
My goal for the FC is to have a friendly, helpful FC that is member-focused. Meaning I do not wish to have hundreds of members maybe at most about 40 or 50. Which means more personal attention from myself and others to help others. I work a full time job so I can't say I'm all that hardcore and don't expect my members to be all that hardcore either, (my regular play times are around 7-midnight EST). The only reason I would ever kick someone is if they're causing problems within the FC, or they haven't played in 30 days or so.

I like what you say about your social environment. You guys are one of the top contenders right now.
I'll contact you to discuss further IG...if I can ever get my transfer through (lol my wife's and children's accounts are both transferred, mine is just being stubborn only showing Behemoth, Adamantoise and Cactuar as destination worlds).

Unless your kids thinks it's uncool to be in the same FC as their parents. Which... I would understand :P

So... there seems to be no way of deleting a post. But here's a quick update on the FC.
We are currently at about 25 members which is a little shy of where I want to be as far as size of the FC goes.
We currently have 8 level 50 characters, 4 of them who are brand new.
I am personally putting my quest of killing Titan on hold (After 100 tries on DF) to help prepare others for the fight and hopefully defeat Titan with just FC members. (Aiming for next week)
I am still looking for a select few that are active/semi-active, friendly, and helpful to be part of the Azure Knights.
