Lost items in mail.

What happened: Mailed about 10 mogmails on the 12th Oct from my mule character to my husbands main character (Vackashken Zuth). Each mail was full of items. The last 5-6 mails, I got the error saying "this mail could not be sent" but the items were removed from my inventory, so I assumed that they had been mailed anyway. I then deleted the character as there was nothing left on her.

Checked on the 14th Oct, so he could pass the items to my main character, but only the first 4 mails had come through. The last mails containing about 30-40 grade III and IV materia had not arrived, even though the items had been removed from Minty.

He then deleted all his old mails and tried to relog to see if that would cause the missing mail to be delivered, but nothing else came through.

I have filled a report/support ticket to see if my materia can be recovered, but thought it best to bug report it here too.
