Changed "Must Face Mob To Attack" over night?

It seems like you can no longer attack a mob you're not facing anymore. Shield Lob backwards can't be done, along with other skills on other jobs. Is it just me?

Uh. You never could attack something behind you. There's an option to turn and face a target when you use a skill, you must have turned it off. I know I do when healing because it's annoying as crap.

Did you happen to uncheck the "Face Target" option in character settings?
