Looking for a free company that is mature.

I just started playing this game last month and I love it. And now I'm looking for a free company to join to make my time in the game even more enjoyable. I'm a lvl 37 warrior, 17 glad. I also have my armorsmith to lvl 28 and plan on taking it up to lvl 50. I'm really liking the tanking game play in FFXIV so far and i'm going to take it to end game. I've played mmo's for a long while so i'm not a total noob to the mechanics of these types of games. I was a healer in a very successful guild in WOW for 3 years that played end game content regularly.
Also, I would like to join a free company that is LGBT friendly. I'm an easy going player but I don't want to deal with immaturity of other players calling each other homophobic slurs when things go wrong. I'm a respectful person and expect the same from others.
