Story Quest Ye of littel faith Goudernoux

The quest simply says "Speak with Goudernoux",
when I click the npc, my skills flash than nothing happens.
The actual quest is called "Ye of little faith."

I also have this exact same problem. i have tried on and off for hours now and still am not able to advance my main story quest due to this

This happened to me also. It seems that the NPC is broken. Many people have been stuck on it.
