Server transfer details question

As far as I understand it, the server transfer service:

-Is free for one week at launch of the service
-Will take some time to process due to the volume of players using it when it comes out
-Can be used more than once per account (to move 2 characters to separate worlds, for example)

However, can it be used more than once per character? Is there a time limit on how often I may transfer (aside from the waiting period after initiating a transfer)?

Since there's no information regarding this on the server transfer information page (found here), I was hoping someone could give me an official word on the number of times a single character can transfer using this service. Also, knowing that the first transfer is free, if a second transfer is possible, will it be free as well?
