Question about Free Company Standing - Please help!

Hi, thanks for clicking! I've been searching and searching and I desperately need an answer! I have tried and tried to look up the answer myself before I asked, and I'm sure others are seeking for the answer too so lets answer this question once and for all right now.

FREE COMPANY STANDING AND ALLEGIANCE
Exactly, what happens when a Leader changes his Free Companies
Allegiance to another Grand Company?

Concerns.....
Will we lose standing?
Can you have Allied standing with more than one Grand Company?

Are we allowed to bump?

When you change the company standing of the previous one begins to fall as the standing for the new one goes up.
I hope i am not giving any wrong information, but that is what I saw happening :)
