When a mob does their first attack, whether it be from the initial pull or coming out of sleep, I notice that they automatically interrupt whatever cast I was in the middle of. This only seems to happen in dungeons. Is this intended? If so, the concept seems a little inconsistent. If it is intended, why not let all of their attacks interrupt my casts? That would be consistent and make more sense, albeit would be very frustrating.

Why are they hitting you anyway? Assuming of course you are playing your WHM as the class on the forum suggests.
Tank should be aware he still needs to build hate on sleeping mobs. And as far as the first attack, i don't think i have ever experienced that. -
10-13-2013, 08:36 PMJyoeruSometimes it's because tank pulled before regen dropped. Sometimes it's because I slept the mob and it wakes up still focused on me. I am sure there are other reasons. Nonetheless, every single time they attack me, it interrupts my cast.Quote:

Excellent question to ask this: When starting a fight as a warrior, I run up to a monster, start by pressing Heavy Swing but very often, it doesn't register and he just does a regular auto attack instead. Anyone felt this as well? Is this some weird behavior or is it me doing something wrong?
