Quest "Getting Even with Garlemald" unable to be completed.

Time: 10/10/2013 - current
Frequency: Constant
World name: Balmung
Character name: Everyone on the server
NPC name: Drainage Pipe
Monster name: N/A
Class/Level: Any
Party or solo: Any
In-game time: Any
Area and coordinates: Mor Dhona (X: 13, Y: 15)
Steps:
1. No one on the server can click the drainage pipe in order to further the quest. This is a major issue and has been this way for 2 days now.


I really don't need to add anymore of this as it's literally every single person on this quest. Please fix this so that my free company members can continue through the story quest. Thanks.

I should probably add that many people that we have talked to at the site of the Drainage pipe have also tried dropping the quest and redoing it. This doesn't work either.

Seems it's Balmung only having this problem. This is also the 2nd time this has been reported with no new news or update. :/

Same to me. Yesterday were 5 users stuck and today were 2...
