So some of these look pretty cool, I particularly like the WAR axe (which is saying something because I don't like ANY of them so far), the bow, and of course, Lightning's Sword.
But one in particular, I just don't get... the sch/smn book, wtf is that thing?

Edit: If you watch the video in the link provided, after 50 seconds you see them all pull out these weapons, they all seem to have a pretty cool animation while being unsheathed.

Due to XIII not having a book weapon. It looks like they just copied one of the boomerangs repeatedly to make the cover (This one).

Boomerang book sounds great. Maybe if you wield this your auto attack will become ranged because the book will come right back to you when you throw it.
