Casual Player Looking for FC

Looking to make a server move and find a FC that I fit in. NA, eastern time zone

I am very casual, I don't play everyday, but I loved FFXI and now I'm in love with FFXIV and I'm here for the long haul. But I'm not exactly an expert gamer. I'm not accustomed to the frenetic pace of the dungeons yet, FFXI was much more methodical. But I'd like to find a FC that isn't just hardcore end-gamers (not wrong with end-game, but I can't keep up with that yet). I've been playing since beta 4 and I'm stuck at Titan with my WHM 36. Stuck, mostly because I dread going back into that fight because I feel so inadequate. But I'm not a quitter; I will just keep pushing.

I also play with a controller on both PC and PS3, so I'll be the first to admit that I can't keep up with hardcore gamers. I just need to find a home that I can make some friends, help each other out, and a place where I don't feel stupid.
