PC avatar stays in one spot on PS3... HELP ASAP

Noticed that when I'm on the PC version of the game playing with my wife on PS3, my character does not move on her screen. My avatar shows up, but after the initial load, he is still. This causes issues when she needs to target my avatar, but can't because on here screen my character will still be by the crystal that we teleported to...

this doesnt occur when we are both on PS3's, but mine recently died... and this causes a lot of issues... in dungeons, I'll be right next to her, but my toon is still at the start for her.
