FC Housing cost

I was thinking and would like feedback on this, but. If personal housing costs gil that makes sense, but as an FC it would be harder to get members together on donating towards a common FC house. So instead of gil I was thinking FC points would be simpler and make more since as it is a currency, as it is used to purchase actions, and is earned by the sum of individuals in the FC's actions. So why not have that be the medium used to purchase FC housing? Anyone have anything to add? Or if you think this is a good idea. please say so or bump so maybe the devs will take notice.

It's up to each FC, but they could do something where if you donate, you get access, if you don't, then you can't use it. Something like leader pays for 25% of the cost up front and the other 75% is donated by the members. Maybe have some threshold that when met, gives access to rooms.

Donate 100k, get 1 room
Donate 200k, get 2 rooms

This of course assumes FC housing is one mansion with like 40 rooms. If you want access to the FC house, then you have to help build it, either with money or mats. That's how I would do it anyway. Though most FCs have more points than they know what to do with, SE could be using housing as a huge gil sink.

Only problem I see with this is what the price would be in FC points.

If it's extremely high, then only FCs with a huge amount of members would even have
a chance at getting a mansion. FCs would probably start right-click-adding
everyone and anyone that's not in an FC just to get FC points to buy a
bigger house lol.

Lets be honest:

If you can't get each member of your FC to donate 10,000 gil to a project, how much do they really want to have a FC House?
