What happens to the FC house when the FC disbands?

As the topic says. Player number has now started to decline and less people are playing this game. So I`m really wondering what happens to the FC house and its decorations when an FC disbands???

Id imagine the leader keeps it?

I imagine that it'll be permanently demolished and lost, like everything else belonging to an FC when it's disbanded.

Don´t think so since the FC has been disbanded, there will be no leader. And since there´s no individual housing then.. yes. Really hope its not as Hunky imagines.

Well I would think the person who literally hits the "Disband FC" perhaps gets all the stuff mailed to them? although now that I thinka bout it wouldnt everyone just grab all the stuff before they go?
