Macro palette V1.0, menu-less job switching to any discipline
This macro palette will let you switch from any job to any job, complete with gear, actions, abilities, and traits...for the most part. Still a work in progress. If you're like me, your job switching is starting to get out of hand as you collect all the pokemons.
Currently supports:
5 Disciplines of War or Magic Jobs: job switch, action equip 1-30, trait equip, magic accessory equip, melee accessory equip
2 Crafts: Job switch, primary synth equip and stat conversions, secondary synth equip and stat conversions
1 Gatherer: Job switch, gear, abilities 1-10, traits.
Need to finish:
Crafting abilities, pretty easy
Tweaking minor insufficient action point messages due to switching to lower classes.

I don't think I can post the macro file for it though, but the design itself so it's intuitive and you don't get a bunch of errors was what takes the most time, not its actual creation.
