Quest Track Option not working correctly on PC (with Joypad setting active)

Hello, sorry if this is duplicate, i searched bt never found something about it.

I play on PC with a Xbox360 Joypad, so when i go to the questlog and select a quest it shows me the option to set it "active" in the tracker-field on screen by pressing the X-Button, as shown. But nothing happens when pressing X, nothing at all. So quests cannot be set to show in the list or not.

(Maybe other bug now)
As a result other problems occur, like that if the list is full and i have a Levequest active and a fate pops up, i cannot see the Fate-Info and also not the Leve-Sync Button.

Steps:
1. Open Quest-Log
2. Select quest with Joypad
3. Press X-Button
