Population area cap for each Field....

Here is the scoop guys for those who didn't catch this new change next week.
In WAR server crashed at endgame when players all gathered in a cell to cap the MAIN
CITY in PVP their solution was to level cap the Population to keep the server from crashing. Rage insued because players couldn't enter the MAIN battle in WAR....it didn't bother me so much but some people just quit.
In FFXIV here it is....this is an implementation to CAP the pop when Odin and other level 50 Boss spawn so that the server doesn't crash they will keep the cell under a certain number so first come first serve. My guess this is going to change dramatically where ODin and Behemoth Spawn now hell it might even be an instance which would solve the server crash problem....
