Where did the twin go? (slight spoiler?)

Halfway through the story the twins have an argument, the girl stands up and leaves and we won't see her again.
What happened to her? Where did she go? I wasn't interested in the lore at that time and just skipped through most of the chat, but now I do wonder...

You do run into her again, but I won't spoil.

I finished the story quest, I thought she would appear after the credits, but nope.
Where does she appear? I seriously haven't seen her after the argument when she left.

Defeat Titan (Hard Mode) and you'll get your answer with a small quest line right after
