Right now i am arcanist 50 so i can be summoner or scholar i choose both the problem is the point i put in intel because i am a smn dont reset when i choose scholar i need to pay 10k seal each time i change can you plz let the point when i choose to be in each job

This has been discussed to death since ACN was introduced.
The idea is to decide which path you want to take, not swap between them at will, like in Seiken Densetsu 3, for instance.
So you have chosen SMN and allocated your INT. If you wish to change that, it will cost you the 10k seals. If you wish to do that repeatedly, you are welcome to. That is simply not the intention.
