Does this mean that there will be a population cap for each zone???? Can´t really say if its for the better or worse if its true..

I can see this becoming a huge problem, people idling in Coerthas 24/7, waiting for Behemoth, locking everyone else out of the zone. It's just 1017 AFK in a different form coming up.

Hopefully it means a population cap of the FATE zone, and not the entire region.
I can't imagine developers going with the latter.. -

Most likely its channels once one is full switch to the next.
