Hello our free company leader has been inactive for over a week and many members are starting to leave but sadly do not have the ability to clear those who have not played for 14+ days and do not have the ability to change who can do what and its causing issues as I'm the only one able to activate company abilities. So I'm asking if there is a way that I can change leadership to myself so that I can become the leader of this free company?

I cannot recall where I heard this (might have been from a live letter), but I believe it was if the leader has a very long period of inactivity, then his master title will be passed on.
The specifics of it though, have no idea, just going off something I recall. -

Also I don't want to promote someone to my level and end up wasting the company credits in a bad way and also for them to be able to demote me and have complete control over the FC so really there should be a better way to get leadership transferred over.Quote:

lol So FC leaders can't go on vacation, is that what I'm reading? Sure, he/she should have told you what was going on, but if folks are leaving after only 7 days of the leaders absence, the FC has bigger issues.

As there is currently no way to transfer the permissions of the free company leader to other members in the event that they leave the game, or don't log in for a long time, we are working to make it possible to receive these permissions via some method. For example, if the leader has not logged in for a very long period of time, it will automatically be passed to another officer by specific rules. We will be implementing this system after patch 2.1. -
