So my account was hacked. I have now gotten back my account, through friendly help from SE customer service.
However, I can't log in and play. Or rather: I can log in, but I can't play, since when trying to enter the game, I am told that my character is online - and then I get error code 3102.
Can someone from SE please log out the damned hacker bot so that I can play, pretty please?

disable your account for a couple of hours then try enabling it and logging in.
