Has anyone else actually taken the time to read through the forum "restrictions"?
I feel like we are not allowed to express opinions at all. They have placed so many restrictions on what we are not allowed to say, or discuss. Not even swearing is allowed.
Ridiculous.
For a T Rated online game its pretty standard for the forums to follow the same rules that the ESRB would place for the games content.
that means cursing is out of the question.
not that we havent been cursing.
either way, there's not too much thats really beyond what any other mmo forum restricts.
edit: well i guess the forcing anonymity is a little unusual but that is really to protect people from having docs dropped on them.
Well, if it goes anywhere towards keeping trolls and kids out I'm happy (unlikely as that is). If people want to rage about the game they could always pick one of the other forums we've been using for so long.
