How do you gather unique items?

Okay I was looking at the achievements and see you get some for gathering unique items? How and where do you do this?

You need to be more specific.

But for example, the "Paragons Crown" for leveling all DoW/DoM to 50, you get the item from an NPC at Appuku Falls in Old Gridania after gaining the achievement.

I think you mean the unspoiled nodes. They are level 50 and spawn in different zones.

This just means different types of items, just get everything in your gathering log completed and you will finish these achievements with ease :)
