Recruitment Program / Friend Referral

:confused:I have searched to see if FFXIV has a Friend Recruitment Program and have not found anything yet; other FFs did have a program, recruit a friend and get little "perks" - anyone know if FFXIV is offering something similar and I am just missing finding the link? Thanks in advance for any help/info.

Nothing yet. We might find something by the 1st Anniversary of V2.

Not 100% sure, But I recall reading somewhere that some copies of ARR included a buddy code for a friend to try it out for a month

The Collectors Edition of 1.0 did, not sure about 2.0's.

yea, I know 1.0 did, but I swore they said some versions of 2.0 did as well

2.0 did not as I have the ce and was also wondering the same thing

i doubt they'll be doing any referal or buddy program until theres more space on the servers and everyones happy. would be neat if they did like in XI where you got items for every so many months/years you and your friend were still in the game, like a wand and ring that gave extra exp.

Buddy programs typically won't be introduced when a release is this young. Like MaethusXion said, they'll probably wait until the anniversary of 2.0 before starting up some sort of program - as long as subscriptions are still steady during that time. If not, we could see something sooner.
