TGS Earrings, are we getting them?

I've been waiting for news on the Cactuar and Bomb earrings won by players in the recent Tokyo Gameshow. I've been hearing rumors that some players have already received these items.

Is there any official update on this? If not, when can we expect to hear something? If so, could someone please post a link?
