Crafting Quest Turn in Items (spoilers)

As I level up, it would be useful to know in advance what turn in items are necessary at every 5 levels in advance. Google is surprisingly having a hard time finding this info. Anyone know of a list somewhere? If not...lets start one...this is what I can remember so far, not sure what stuff needs to be HQ or not but I think most everything over 25 needs to be. Except for culinarian, lvl 20 is always a materia quest. I don't have everything at 50 so some help filling the blanks would be appreciated.

I was always disappointed that in the earlier class quests turning in HQ items didn't increase your XP gain.
