no idea i was not looking at level and I put in a ticket online and didn't think i need all this just to get the issue fixed

Steps:
I was in Dzemael Darkhold trying to gain a level to get to my 49 story line quest I was currently at 48 at the start of the Darkhold run. Darkhold level cap is 46. I gained a level during the run of Darkhold. I get out of Darkhold and go to start my level 49 story quest and it is still red I look at my level and notice it is 47 instead of 49!!
