lvl 50 stats soft cap number? Dps

Just wondering where the stats startt - to take a hit. Im a Mnk and id like to the numbers so i can adjust my A.points.
I know ppl say put the 30 points into str but there has to be more,gear gives alot of str dex vit ect. Id just like to try to balance it out. If some one can supply the number id be thankful

They don't take a hit. Though I've not tested that personally, just read the work of others.

There is no cap for INT/DEX/STR/VIT or even a soft cap. The way S-E did it, is that for the main stat, you won't be able to get more unless you upgrade to the next ilvl pieces. For example if you have full DL or full HQ crafted set (both are ilvl70) they have the exact same main stat and you won't be able to get any more unless you acquire ilvl90 pieces which have more primary stat.

meant like .. Ok say between 409-425 there a wall <str/attack btw> there a wall ..i want to try to balace my other points until I can get the lvl 90 gear and repeat same then aswell

If by wall you mean between 409 - 425 STR you won't gain any DPS, there is no wall, every point of main stat increases damage. The only times there are break points are when it comes to parry/block %s, AFAIK.
