Like this post if you want a new statement from S.E.

Regardless of your stance on this RMT/suspension/gil removal issue, I think a lot of us just want to hear another official statement. As the title of one thread suggests, they may have been instructed not to say anything about it, but this is where we ask for them to say anything that they can to us. They know what this is about, we know what this is about, and it's not going to resolve itself until they give us another response.

Please like this post if you just want to know what's really going on. Otherwise, please respect the point of this thread and keep your uninformed opinions out of it. I, for one, am not going to respond to any of them here. Many thanks.

Yes, let's make sure this one doesn't get deleted by making it just like all the others. This will, without a doubt, keep it from getting deleted/ignored

People need to think of it this way,

as long as you see RMT/Bots, coupled with SE's innability to tackle this situation, the player is going to continue to be punished and it will clearly end up affecting a lot of players.

We value your feedback and are pleased to see such passionate responses regarding this issue.

However, we currently have no plans to make a statement at this time.

Think of it this way, If they release too many details on what they were doing or why accounts were suspended/gil removed/bots dealt with then the RMT's will also know and find more ways around it. Best we can realistically expect is an apology for the CoW on RMT's and a system setup to redeem and roll back those wrongly accused. I get that people are upset over this but you are only really thinking of it from a narrow, player, point of view. I could do a long diatribe explaining it all but I'm pretty sure i would be wasting my time. Not on you but in general, the post will be buried within minuits and another post will arise with the same damn complaint even if its been well explained a thousand times.

I've got friends who are going to quit, pending whether or not S.E. is doing anything else about the situation. We don't need details. I think no matter what they say next, it's going to answer most of our questions.
