mog not displaying all my characters

Was going to renew subscription today, but the mog station is only showing two characters. Both of which are low level. Not showing my two high level characters. Am I going to lose out on them if I renew? If so I won't bother. Not wasting all that time for nothing. Please let me know what the deal is with that.

Yup, I've seen all 7 of my characters, including 3 from Legacy days disappear from time to time. Don't worry, as long as you see them in the character selection screen in the game they're fine.
