EU player(WHM) looking for an Endgame FC

Hello Goblin.
I'm looking for an EU company with a gmt+1 friendly schedule.
I consider myself as a veteran and old school mmo player. FF11 since 2004 with a 4 years break (in Kupo LS on Pandemonium and then Asura), 4 years of WoW raids and add to that a few months of KotOR and GW2 to try them.
My eleven is a 50 WHM and i started working on his gear only recently. Been 50 since first week of september but the latency here in France made the game unplayable and i stoped pve until recently.
Instead i leveled all crafting and gathering classes to 50 (the honest way, and didn't get banned or anything whereas i own a big amount of gils)
I'm looking for a small group of mature players (i'm 29 myself) and not a 50+ ppl FC like those which are constantly spam inviting any lvl 50 without sending an introducing tell.
