Need to be able to view character classes from something other than /sea

Why when a player is standing in front of me or talking in chat, can I not right-click and see a summary of what classes they are and what level?

If I right-click on chat I get no such option.
If I right-click examine on a target, it shows their gear and free company.
I actually have to search their name to pull up the list of their class summary.

Can we get that added to a more convenient location, and also just get more consistency between the 3 ways/menus of "examining" a person in general as far as options go?
