Reduced Rates company buff not working (take #2)

Party or solo: Solo
Area and coordinates: Gridania (but for this the area or coordinates don't really matter)

Steps:
1. If not done already, deactivate Reduced Rates action (so you get the base teleport costs)
2. Re-activate Reduced Rates
3. Open teleport menu and see that the prices don't change. (as to be seen on the pictures below)
