I get a lot of character jumpiness while running around on non flat surfaces in the game. Mostly outside of town but stairs or inclines also. Used to just be the character name before the name jumping patch. now it is both the name and the character. Other than that running around is much better after the clipping fix.

I run downhill and sometimes my character shakes and sometimes the name. Sometimes both the character and the name.
ATI 5770, Intel Core i7 860, 8M DDR3, Solid State Hard Drive (which makes a huge difference in npc and player character pop rates.)
