I thought this was supposed to be fixed, but after not playing all weekend I try to log in with any of me characters and continue to get the 3102 error message. Tried multiple computers and error persists.
Is there something I or anyone can do to fix this?
3102 means they have temporarily closed the lobby server. I haven't seen it for a while, but it would most likely happen when the servers come back online after maintenance.
But I have multiple characters all on different servers, were all of these servers recently down? I have been trying to get in for over an hour and still no luck?
The lobby server handles logins for all worlds, so yes it's possible. I don't know what time this happened, but the devs have said on this forum that 3102 happenes when they close the lobby server to prevent crash.
Just seems odd that there doesn't seem to be anyone else posting about this issue. If it was the just the lobby servers being down. I can log in, see all my toons but once I choose to log in, I get the 3102 message.
Yeah hard to say what happened there. There hasn't been a maintenance for the past few days. I haven't seen 3102 in weeks. Maybe the server glitched for you.
Hmm, well this is fun. Guess Ill just wait it out, sucks though, burning up my initial 30 day play time.
So I can make a new character on a JP server but still cant log into NA ones. This has got to be something more than lobby servers down. Does tech support check this forum at all? I have emailed as well but no response.
I've been having this similar problem as well since 10/7 too, the same time you've made this thread.
All my NA characters gave me the 3102 error, even though I've logged off the day before, more than 16 hours between trying to log in again.
My character does not appear to be online, and other players aren't having any problems logging on.
Eventually was able to queue with an alternative character, but then was 3102 when my queue was up.
Another 30 minutes or so went by until I was able to queue up with my character and log in.
Now, morning time, I'm not able to log in after just logging off briefly. All my NA characters are 3102'd again.
