8 Days and Counting on Character Rollback after Hack

What is the average time it takes for a character rollback after a hack? I am on day 8 and counting.

My account was hacked Saturday SEP 28. I immediately decatived my account which knocked the hacker off. I then changed my password but the hacker had already got rid of all my GIL and shards. I put in the ticket Sunday SEP 29 to request a rollback. I have called customer service multiple times and even talked to a human being twice. They stated I have filled out everything correctly and I just have to wait. The unfortunate thing is customer service told me I should not play since any progress would just be rolled back. I even started paying the subscription even though I can not play to make sure my character gets the required rollback.

I've been suspended due to my account being compromised since September 11th, so good luck with that. No seriously, good luck. ;)

Oh man. My sister is waiting on her account getting reinstated after it was suspended post-hack; she's at two weeks waiting on that alone. She's going to have to wait another 2+ weeks to get her stuff back, during which time she can't actually play...?

This is exactly the info I've been looking for and dreading.

Would love it if an SE rep could actually confirm/deny the process here. I've heard elsewhere there IS no rollback protocol, per se, and they just have to return your items. If it takes 2 weeks to get your account reinstated, and another 2 weeks to get your stuff back (a process that would take Blizzard about 2 hours, I might add), you're just out a month's subscription without actually being able to play? And you think that's all right, SE?

took roughly a month for a rollback of my FFXI character back in the day. Hopefully they've streamlined the process more in the last 6 or 7 years. But.. than again, this is SE.

Everyone waiting on things like this should have their time comp'ed. Seriously, this is ugh.

Got hacked September 13th. SE told me 1st it would take 2 weeks. Then they told me I had to fill out a different for. Then they told me after the weeks that they don't have the server capacity or system for rolling back yet even though they have our character save data to rollback to. SE support said that it is a top priority and they are working on it. Games been out for almost 2 months with ppl getting hacked day 1. Get it done SE. They even guarantee 1 rollback per account, 2 if you use a security token and state it may take 7-10 days. They don't mention that there is no rollback system and that it could take months.
