Bought an item, given a different one.

I was buying the 300 myth tome items Thavnairian Mist to make my relic+1 weapon, I clicked on it to buy it and it went through, then when I tried buying it again I realised I had insufficient points ... I then checked the logs and for some reason it decided to give me a Paladin helm, worth 495 points. Valor Coronet. Now, I have no idea why this would happen, I definitely did not click on the paladin item.. it was not even on the same tab as the item. I'm hoping this can be refunded because this is pretty damn gamebreaking. Right now I have simply lost 2 weeks of progress through no fault of my own. Help please.
