I keep getting kicked off lately from Shiva.

Is anybody still having problems with getting ERROR 10102 on Shiva? I log in sometimes and I have no problems with playing normally but there are times where I log in and get kicked almost immediately after loading up the games and sometimes I get kicked after 10 or 15 minutes. I'm not sure if it's my connection to the internet or the connection to the server or game. I'm not sure if it's the fact that I'm playing in the US and it's an EU server but I created my character on the only server available when I bought the game and got early release and had to deal with that whole crazy flood of subscriber debacle.

Does anybody know how to solve this issue if there is one or is anyone else affected by this issue? I know I'm probably not the first person to post about this and I'm sorry if you think this makes me seem whiney or anything along that line but I'm just sick of having to continue logging into the server and getting messages about how my character is still logged in and I have to wait for the log out process to complete. That and that I can't get anything productive done in the time that I am logged in because of this issue.
